Amy Lai

Amy Lai is a Community Business Development (CBD) representative at SCAN Health Plan, serving seniors and community partners across the Bay Area. She works directly in the community to build trusted partnerships and support SCAN’s mission to serve low-income and historically underserved populations through education, outreach, and consistent local presence.

Amy collaborates with brokers, captive agents, and internal teams to support compliant, educational engagement and increase awareness of SCAN’s Medicare options. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, and with over a decade of experience as a licensed financial professional and advanced designations—Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA®)—she is committed to helping seniors feel informed, supported, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
