Luisana Gomez

Luisana Gomez brings over a decade of experience in building strong relationships and advancing health equity in her community. She joins SCAN Health with expertise in strategic partnerships and coordinated care network development. As a Community Engagement Manager at Unite Us, Luisana was instrumental in building a network of over 200 local organizations in Southern Nevada through collaboration with health plans, government agencies, and nonprofits. Most recently, her work focused on cultivating strong relationships with physicians and community partners in Southern Nevada as a Community Relations Representative at Prominence Health. Luisana holds a B.S. in Health, Society, and Policy from the University of Utah.

When she isn't connecting community partners, Luisana is a self-proclaimed treasure hunter who loves exploring yard sales and thrift stores on the weekend. She also enjoys hiking the national and state parks with her husband and their two dogs, Princess Diana (Bulldog mix) and Woodie (German Shepherd). Luisana is excited to bring her passion for community and collaboration to SCAN.
