Rachel Townsend

My name is Rachel Townsend and I am the Community Business Development Manager for SCAN’s expansion states, overseeing Nevada, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico. In this role, I collaborate closely with the local Community Business Developers to connect with broker agencies and contracted medical groups, aiming to build strong relationships and establish a robust brand presence in these markets.

I am based in Las Vegas Nevada and am a dedicated professional with over 18 years of experience in the Medicare industry, having started my career in 2008. I have worked in the Las Vegas and Los Angeles markets.

I am passionate about supporting seniors- I believe in providing guidance and assistance to help members live their best lives.

I enjoy movies, shopping, history and attending local events. I also love spending time with my family and friends. I have been married for 31 years and am the proud mother of two daughters, who also live in the Las Vegas area.
